There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!
