We had read reviews about this place and decided to visit it one night. We were definitely not disappointed! When we first walked in, we were seated right away. The decor was very nice and casual. Our server was so polite, we were impressed with his kindness. We then chose to eat from the Indian style buffet. It was so delicious! They had tons of foods to choose from, I loved it! Mango Rain is a cozy little restaurant run by a hard working young couple. It is a small restaurant located on 1714 Lakeshore Road West, Mississauga, ON (on a strip mall, south side of Lakeshore). They specialize in authentic Indian and Thai fusion cuisine. Everything is cooked fresh as you order it. They have a small, but good variety of dishes from butter chicken, lamb, vegetarian plates and fantastic naan. Their prices range from $9 (lunch plates) to $16 (dinner plates). They even offer a take-out menu for your convenience. For desserts, they have home-made mango ice cream, topped with cashew nuts that is a must try. You are always greeted with a warm smile in a friendly atmosphere. So if you are looking for a quiet, quaint environment with good quality food and value for your money, give this place a try. Passed by a few times and wanted to do take out. Decided to give it a go with the girlfriend. All I can say is WOW. Was recommended Marinated Lamb chops which was served on a sizzling plate, we both devoured it. The shrimp biryani was also great along with the Chicken Boona was very flavorful and a spicy kick . To finish of with their delicious signature Kulfi which was a great end to the meal along with the Masala Tea, Tea took time to prepare but was well worth the wait, The staff were very friendly and courteous overall nice ambience. They accommodated the changes I wanted made to my order, they called me to let me know that the order was on its way, the delivery person was friendly and helped me set the food up and finally the food (which there was plenty of) was delicious and hot when it came time to eat. Decided to take my grandma out for dinner and thought that the Diana would provide enough variety to keep us all happy (grandma as well as our young children). We had an earlier reservation, but even as the restaurant got busier, the service was good and attentive. Our girls decided on the cheesy pasta (kids option). It came super quick and was served at an appropriate temperature for them to dig in immediately. So many restaurants place piping hot food in front of kids. I also ordered a side of steamed broccoli for the girls. While my kids gobbled it up, my only suggestion is that they work on it a bit. Seemed a little bit like pasta in milk with shredded cheese. But, as I said, my kids gobbled it up. I had calamari and a greek salad (both appetizers), my husband had the lamb medallions, grandma had the halibut and her partner had the vegetable pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The Diana offers an amazing variety (greek salad, pasta, steak, curries, etc) and we continue to go there as our default Guelph restaurant. In fact, we will be going back there for breakfast tomorrow morning with more family! Their chai is delicious! :) Lire plus

It's great to have a place that will actually serve a Vindaloo hot. The atmosphere is typical for an Indian restaurant, but that's really how I like it.
