I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Maybe one note - customer service is only Monday-Friday, not available on evenings or weekends. Thank you!

Shopped at Micheals in Orillia and had a great experience. First of all, it was a quiet time of the day and that made it all the more better. I did not have to wait in line for long and Mary who was the cashier was a very pleasant cashier. She was quick and I was in and out in a matter of no time.
