10/10 Service ! Friendly, informative, fair pricing and speedy help! I called at 12:15pm for help because my furnace stopped working and by 12:30 I had the technician here. By 1:30 the parts were replaced and our heat was back up and running! Huge thank you and shout out to this amazing service.

After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. When my Bosch dishwasher failed to drain, I called a couple of top-rated appliance dealers—and all I got were voice mails telling me to leave my name and number. The next day, one of them called back, but in the meantime, I called Rudy’s Appliance Repair and got right through to a person. He told me they would be there the next day between 10 and 10:15 a.m. and sure enough they turned then. Within 5 minutes they had fixed the problem, a clogged drain. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
