I brought my SUV Crossover in to Fountain Tires to find out what was wrong with it. They were diligent, reliable, kept me informed every step of the way. The mechanics at Fountain Tire really know their systems. They worked the problems, and with this car, absolutely did their vehicle repair investigative work.

Great service and friendly staff. I have been a customer at Fountain Tire for 2 years, which included buying winter tires and rims and then the spring change back to my all season tires with rims, plus tire storage. I purchased new tires and got wheel alignment from Fountain Tire in Edmonton. I was not happy with service and treatment I received when I asked questions about the wheel alignment. Turned out the wheel alignment was was off and vehicle wondered to the left on highway. I took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Fountain Tire to check the wheel alignment and they found the undercarriage was off. They realigned the undercarriage & fixed the wheel alignment, at no charge. THANKS Brian for great service!!

Wow, amazing service today. Front brakes on my Subaru started acting up ,on the last business day of the year. I've been to a lot of various auto shops in my life and the service at this particular Tirecraft beats them all. Granted, I was only there to patch a flat tire, but I was quoted with a simple price and that was exactly what I paid. No surprise costs or assessments, no hassle, no trying to get me to buy all new tires. They even threw the tire back on my car, made sure my spare was full of air, and reattached the spare for me. The helpful owner of the shop, Bill Parks, even gave me some pertinent tips about car care. He says he and his son run the shop with a philosophy of honesty and educating the customer. Although you need an appointment most of the time, I highly recommend giving them a try. And they do all sorts of stuff aside from tires. "Nearly everything but transmissions," he told me.

Such a great bunch of guys,we had an issue with another shop in town,called tirecraft and they got us in immediately and rectified the problem,they also found a gash in the side wall of our tire,replaced the tire and installed for next to nothing.Next day we had a spike in our other vehicles tire,brought it straight to tirecraft and dropped it off,within the hour the tire was repaired and the bill was nowhere to be found.We highly recommend them and will be returning for any future work needed.
