I had to do a safety check for my car to drive Uber and I was in and out in under 30 mins. The gentlemen there were nice and I had no issues. I was a little worried after reading all the mixed reviews about taking my car there, but it all worked out!

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I was in this Canadian Tire today exchanging a door security set and I experienced customer service at such a high level. The team went beyond expectations to find the product I needed and was very positive and proactive . Great people and a great team at this store. A nice surprise.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. Rob and his team just completed a L99 to LS3 conversion on my 2010 Camaro SS RS using a DOD delete kit and stage 1 cam ( 606 lift, 221/228) from Brian Tooley Racing along with 1 7/8 Long Tubes from BBK. I wanted it to still be a great daily driver and that is exactly what I got. Ended up at 408 RWHP which is about 78 over factory and it sounds great. Also had Transmission tuned which has made a huge difference. Took a 900km road trip over the last few days and it ran amazing.

I was refered to this shop by a friend for good reasons, they are very friendly and the quality is what you could expect from even the highest end shops. I had a few scratches on my rear bumper and door repaired and you couldn't even tell they had fix anything. I had gotten an estimate from another shop and Care Auto's price was much cheaper and I was relieved when i saw the end result.
