I travel a lot for business, and most is short notice. I have used the dog sitting service at least a dozen times in a twelve month period. Hug a pup is very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The facility is clean, warm and very low stress for the dogs. My dog is very excited to go and I have no worries when she is at her home away from home. Cathie does a great job.

I had the BEST experience with Best Boarding Kennel. The owner and staff were eager to please and very accommodating when I had my major spinal surgery. My puppies arrived back at my home as promised. Very well taken care of and they must have been fed well as they actually put on weight.My dogs were clean odor free and happy when they were delivered to my home by the owners. They were very friendly and happy to have helped me during a very trying time. I will continue to use them and recommend

The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. It was a our first time taking out newly rescued pup to a Kennel. Martindale Kennels was the friendliest, most genuine place that we have ever been to. We know how hard it can be finding someone to love your pets the way that you do, but rest assured Martindale Kennels goes above and beyond. We cannot wait to book more doggy vacations (and adult vacations).

We have left our very large dog for weekends, full weeks and recently for 4 weeks in one stay. Our dog loves it there. The people are very friendly to you and your animal. They are loved and cared for by people who love animals The kennells are very clean and the dogs do get to be active daily. Croft Kennels allows us to go on vacation, knowing that our pet will be treated with love and kindness.Your cats will love it too.

We have been bringing our dogs here for at least 15 years, for grooming and kenel,friendly, very accommodating, organized,and clean. My dogs always come home looking beautiful and happy !!!!

Bredins Best took care of my two cats when I travelled and most recently, I had booked Bredins for two weeks then my elderly cat died unexpected just 2 days before my departure. Their compassion and integrity were truly extraordinary and massively appreciated.... they made an incredibly awful difficult time easier and I will always be grateful. Of course, I will be booking them to care for my remaining cat and the hoped-for newcomer for my next trip.
