7th and 7th Downtown Calgary is my home branch, which I had to open up in 2008 when I moved there from Ontario, Well I have been back in Ontario for over a year now and had a unfortunate situation with my account. It was truly a out of luck- if by the BOOk thing. BUT a girl; Christian and a young fellow Jeff sorted things out for me, along with some non connected advice that came across as 2 people who actually cared without effort-this, at the branch level, it wasn't one one of those call center services. 2 months ago they had also called me up when my debit card was being used in a manner that was erratic to my history and use, thereby making sure my card was not in the wrong hands.
WELL BOTTOM Line is that with so many things I have had in the NEGATIVE banking thoughts; this Branch Takes the Cake and deserves to be recognized for their people skills, and THEY ALWAYS HAD Coffee available, sometimes even donuts.

Maureen was the name of the lady who assisted me, if I remember correctly. She was patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I had a lot of paperwork as a lot of changes to my banking due to a change in address. You were fabulous. Thank you, Maureen.

I would like 2 thank the TD bank 4 in trusting in me ..when nobody would ..thanks 2 the TD staff and management. ..I was able 2 get a safe reliable vehicle 4 my kids 2 ride in ..as well as being able 2 get a credit rating started and a gd one ..also after a year and a half they refinanced me at and much better rate ..gave a credit card 2 help get my credit rating higher..
Tomorrow I go get my second new car thanks 2 TD Canada ...thanks again Im more great full them I could ever fully express. ..

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Barbara Gardner went wayyy over and beyond.
This has always been a fantastic bank. Barb at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. All the staff are super and it's a friendly ambiance.
Anyway we needed to to a legal thingummy, I won't get into the details, but Ms Gardner helped us so much and we were all so impressed by her professionalism and help when we were in a tight spot. Many thanks Barbara!
