Honestly the best experience I've had purchasing something by phone.
Im in Montreal and thought sending flowers to a friend in Sudbury would be such a mess.

They were patient with my 20 questions and very helpful.
The delivery..WOW.I got a call saying thank you for the flowers within about 30 min after making the order. Amazing.

The flowers were beautiful, my mother loved them. I looked online first, then decided to call the shop personally and the girl who took my order was very friendly and helpful, I asked that they be delivered in the morning and it was no problem. My mother couldn't believe how long the flowers lasted and was very happy with the arrangement. I would recommend this florist to anyone needing flowers, very happy with the service and will definitely call them again.

Wonderful Experience! The owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire ordering & delivery process! The recipient of the basket I ordered was very impressed with the presentation and contents! Le Petit Panier is simply a breath of fresh air in a day and age where customer service seems to be on the decline. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
