I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. Not only would I go back, they will probably do my next pre-MVI inspection in the coming days!!

Today I accidentally locked my keys in my car !!! I have never done this in my life !!! To make matters worse my dog and my cell phone were in there , Luckily a friend lived near so I went there and she called BUTTS, then drove me to my car. A service man was there and got my car unlocked I believe his name was Chad . When he left I proceeded to leave and got stuck in deep snow.
