Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. Great service, great price. Got quotes for a complete brake job on 2005 Ford Escape. Wrenchmasters did the job with premium quality rotors and brake pads for over $150 less. Mom & Pop shop with honest advice. Know other customers that have had similar experience with these folks.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

This place rocks! just finished a 3 day kayaking trip off of Tunstalll Bay & car was flashing solid red hazard light! Not having much juice in my cell phone I googled a car repair & called. Spoke to Mary who quickly got me to send a pic of my dashboard to her cellphone and gave me the towing #. It was 4:00 and she offered to bring their diagnostic tool after shop closed @ 5 if we didn't get towing help. We got off the island. Mary called me in am to see how we fared! Super super service
