All the employees (Gurpreet & Lori) that I dealt in this location are very helpful. Customer Service is topnotch. As a retailer, I have been dealing with Can-Pro Tools for many years and have only positive things to say. Their prices are good, their service is good. They are friendly to talk to. If I have any issues to resolve, they are done so in a timely and efficient manner. Take any negative review with a grain of salt.

Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.

Staff are expert at matching paint from even a tiny sample, and they carry quality Para and Benjamin Moore paints and a host of specialty paints and primers. Also al kinds of brushes, rollers, sandpaper, etc. to meet every situation.

I purchased a high end Canadian made Napoleon BBQ from Schomberg Hardware. The service was outstanding, from the product knowledge, to the assembly & delivery of the unit. If you need to purchase a new grill this is the place to do business with. Not to mention fantastic in store music!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks
