I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!!

Tricia was phenomenal. I had a very limited amount of time before I needed to attend a wedding and she helped me immensely with a new sports jacket, pants and shoes. I attended the wedding in style and I can't thank her enough for her amazing service that Saturday afternoon. She knew exactly what I needed. Professional, courteous and personable. We had an amazing experience at David's Bridal. Jordan was our consultant and she was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to what the bride wanted and found things that the bride might not have thought of for both the bridesmaids dresses and the bride's. We had an amazing time and thoroughly recommend Jordan a David's Bridal.
