They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. What a wonderful shop! I bought a somewhat unusual bike at another popular local bike shop, but when it started having problems they were at a loss. David at Natural Cycle fixed it quickly (and cheaply!) despite never having seen a bike like it . . . and enthusiastically thanked me for letting him have a chance to learn about something new. They invited me back behind the counter as they worked, displaying their conviction that "it's your bike, you should know as much as you can about it". It's clear that every type of rider will get respect here, not just weekend spandex types . . . commuters are not second class citizens here. I will go only to Natural Cycle in the future!

I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond
