They provided really great service. They were very patient and also diligent and did not stop until they found the right parts to fix my child's bike. I purchased my road bike from them last fall (2014), and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Prior to purchasing, i went in to get some info and browse. They gave me a lot of their time and answered all my questions, and provided info that I didn't realize i should think about.
When i purchased the bike, i hot amazing service from the fitting through to picking accessories, and all my service calls have been quick, friendly and free. Great spot to purchase a bike or get service in east Toronto
