    Best hairstylist I’ve ever been to. Been going for 4 years now. Unfortunate to see these reviews as I don’t believe them. I’ve seen many before and afters that have wowed me from her other clients.

    I had purchased a Groupon for $68 for highlights and cut. My bill was $125. There was no explanation of extra charges till it was time to pay.

    I pay for quality not something that looks like it was cut by a student. If you get Guitana walk away, as she lacks the skills needed. Plus she charged way more than what I was anticipating.

    RUN - STAY FAR AWAY

    I wish that I could leave zero stars, because one is too many. I was cancelled on and rescheduled on without notice, the stylists were unprofessional, the hair cut was horrific. They tried to charge me extra despite all of the hassle and when I contacted them with a complaint they went from unprofessional to accusatory and rude. I honestly cannot say enough bad things about this place (I have limited characters here!) so let me sum up by saying - STAY FAR AWAY!!!

    I apologize it came to a surprise to us that you were unhappy being as you expressed so much gratitude for us doing your hair for you due to multiple attempts to get you in.     I got a groupon for this place after some research and all the good reviews that I saw. However, I have never been so disappointed by a business. It has been 2 weeks that I have been trying to book an appt for a haircut. whenever I have called, no one answers, and I always have to leave a message, and they take a day or more to get back. the first time They got back to me, I was told they did not have any availability, but I could be put on waitlist and someone would call me back for an appointm

    We do greatly apologize that we are busy servicing clients and give all of our time to the client in our chair. We purposely try and call clients back within 1-2 days as this gives us a chance to provide all our clients with great service. We also would like to offer our clients the best availability and have you on a wait list to better accommodate your schedule as well.     The worst salon I...

    The worst salon I have ever been to. So unprofessional. First had me sitting an hour into my appointment only to tell me Ashley didn't have enough time to do my hair. Then when we rebooked the next day I waited for another hour. No phone call or anything the next day or week as to why no one showed up. Terrible business do NOT bother.
