I phoned them because my gutter had a leak. They asked me to send them a text with my address and they will contact me the following week. I waited 3 weeks for them to contact me and when I phoned them again they said that they cant come to my place anymore because it was supposed to snow soon. They could have told me that they are busy and I could have found someone else. And for that I give them 1 star. Customer service at the lowest level.

Gutter patrol they are extremely honest and very reliable. They recently repaired tree damage to our gutter. Instead of replacing more than 60 Feet of gutter (recommended by other companies) , they repaired only the broken corner section of the gutter. As a pensioner I greatly appreciated the cost savings. I unequivocally recommend them for all your gutter repairs.
