    Great staff and selection of frames

    I have walked past this store a few times. When it was time to purchase a new pair of glasses, I wandered in. What a great selection of frames to choose from! They are all beautifully displayed. Asides from the frames selection, the staff (I spoke to Abdu and Gladys) were extremely helpful in helping me select a frame to best suit my face. I did not feel that they were pressurizing me to make a purchase. I enjoyed their honesty in selecting a frame and enjoyed my overall experience here!

    Fantastic and qui...

    Fantastic and quick service! Couldn't ask for better service considering I am on disability and do not have the most expensive pair of frames. I was treated like any other customer for some repair work right away at no cost. Thanks again! Regards, Matthew

    Great place in ge...

    Great place in general but one person that worked there was very rude and very unprofessional,her name was Nada or something like that I asked if she could explain the promotions going on for the two for one and she said ummmmm I already explained it to you ..you don't remember or something VERY UNPROFFECIONAL!! I was a regular customer at total focus but dealt with Amina (very sweet girl) and Gladis (another great lady) but after dealing with Nada definitely not going back again not very happy!
