I came this afternoon because i want to ask prescription for my daughter she have cough and colds for 3days it was quick this time to get in since there’s no patients at all however I am very disappointed to the Doctor who attended us my baby doesn’t want to be check like the usual body parts that need to be checked and it seems the doctor doesn’t know how take off and ended up hurting my baby and leave a scar on her side lips bleeds . His name is Dr Klerk I’m not happy with my visit.

Shameful. Was directed to find another clinic after discussing my reason for a visit because the front desk believed they would be “full by the time you get here”. I live 2 kms away by the way and front desk never bothered to ask where I was coming from. Disgraceful.

Someone here does not know how to tell time. I arrived at 2:35 p.m. (hours posted as until 3:00p.m. NOBODY in the waiting room!). Was told they were closed, even though the door was open. What a rip. They're not the only ones with things to do, places to be and a life. My appointment woulda taken less than five minutes or less. Thanks for nothing.

Although this clinic has great doctors the management Debbie has no people skills and makes people very belittled when there is a change in the schedule or anytime you need to deal with her. People are there because they are not feeling well and she makes your day so much worse. If you’re gonna work in health care show some compassion and empathy.
