If I could I would rate this bank a zero, their customer service is terrible. They freeze accounts whenever they want, they do not help you at all. I was on a wild goose chase trying to get my accounts unfrozen, they blamed the Canadian Government, so I proceeded to call every phone number possible to find out what I owed to the government, I logged into my CRA account to find all was good. I wasted ALL day trying to figure it out. When in fact TD placed the hold on all funds and denied it.
