Avoid at all cost. Really unprofessional. Tried to make me look bad after I made him come back and pick up the nails and waste that he left on the ground in assorted areas. He said I had no integrity and shame on me for making him do the job he was paid to do. After payment was sent, he emailed me 3 hours later saying he was going to take me to court if I did not pay. He showed up at my house banging on the door, yelling and screaming and creeping in our windows when my wife was home alone.

Mark and his team completed our job satisfactorily and I do not have a problem with workmanship. However, the job cost us 3 times the estimated price ($100K vs $35K estimate) We found that the labour charges where exorbitant, we were billed for time we absolutely knew no work was done. That would be my only buyer beware.

Mr. Hargrave has always done excellent work for us on a number of occasions. He is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Very happy with the job done by this company. Very customer oriented. They do more than just windows and doors... the do a complete renovation Good quality work, reliable, always with the customer best interest in mind. I would recommend this company for any kind of renovation.

Very poor customer service

If you want to be spoken to rudely, not receive your window-ever- and not have your calls returned then this is the place for you.
