Poor customer service!
I am sad to review my terrible experience with such a brilliant store. I had made a deposit on a very expensive item but then an emergency came up so I tried to contact, Stephanie, the store owner to receive my deposit back. After weeks of leaving messages and emails I finally got a call back after I had resorted to leaving a quite hasty message. I still have yet to receive my deposit back, I found the woman very rude and, as a small business owner of natural products myself, stated I would never treat one of my customers in such a way. I'm very disappointed, my family could have been good customers of theirs.
