The most dishonest contractor and person I have ever met. He pride himself on the quality of its work. The reality is far from the truth. Once the contract signed he sub contract job to other painters, he doesn’t meet the deadline and always look at minimizing its time onsite vs job well done. Once the job “done” : we could see the roller stain/paint. Corner weren’t covered, patched were missed, drops of paints on wall and doors, too much paints on doors….no consistent paint

I have had several jobs completed by Pro Property Painting in 2015. Carter has done interior walls & trim plus drywall patch & repair in our home. Carter spends appropriate preparation time, his work is very detailed and tidy during the job. The end result is excellent. I would recommend Pro Property Painting and will call in 2016!
