We had a concrete 1927 unfinished basement and wanted to bring it up to modern times. We wanted something that our family could relax in, our kids could play in and that would add value to our house when reselling. DeVries Construction delivered. In 8 weeks’, they added a full suite Bathroom, finished laundry room, office, recreational and mechanical room. I was worried that the work would be sub-par, have leaks or just be plain mediocre but the team exceeded my expectations on all levels.

We were impressed from the start. We did a complete kitchen renovation. The estimate was thorough and detailed. And within our budget. Every step was explained to us as the process started. The crew were exceptional, attention to detail was impressive, better than we expected. Dave and crew were talented and, we must say , pretty darn entertaining. We will definitely recommend Devies and will use them again on future projects. It's exactly what we envisioned.

Devries Construction & Renovation has constructed a new garage, total kitchen renovation, new windowsin house, repaired bathroom piping, a leak in the basement cement and repaired wall in the basement bedroom. All quotations were discussed in detail with cost cutting and area improvement suggestions. Always courteous and respectful to property. My wife and I called De Vries construction to get a consultation done and see if it was even within our price rage to do what we wanted done. From the first meeting Dave took his time detailing and mapping out the whole basement. He took almost double the time of the other contractors that we had in. After getting our quote and design, Dave and his team went about making our basement project a reality. The staff was great to work with. Great workmanship! We will definitely use them again.
