LA Collection Bridal & Formal Fashions

My experience with LA Collection was emotionally exhausting. The rude behavior of staff I can only assume from exhaustion over Covid rules and regulations was terrible. I was not the booking mother as step mom booked the appointment and I didn't get a memo on rules so I asked a question and was immediately called rude and was instantly approached with hostility. I was asking as each place had a different set of rules and truly wanted yo know but at this point I was a crying mess and left

Zero stars!!!! We were looking for a dress and the lady was SUPER RUDE. Basically kicked us out because there it was “20 minutes till closing.” DIDNT offer to help us but told us to come back another time. I walked out of the store right there and she proceeded to tell us we were welcome to “browse” but i felt we were already unwelcome so we left. I will definitely not go back and will never recommend any friends or family to this establishment.

Has the biggest collection of bridal and formal dresses. The Sales Associates here are super accommodating contrary to other reviews that are being bribed by jealous competitors. You must call and book your appointment.

Greatest experience I have ever had at a bridal shop! My daughter was so pleased with her grad dress. The staff were so helpful and very friendly!! I will be going back for sure.
