Took my car in to get an alignment done, because they forgot to do it last service visit. Was asked what was wrong, and I told them the car shakes when braking. $800 later, (rotors and e-brake), they still did not do an alignment, which was what I asked for in the first place. True, they fixed the problem, but when I ask for something to be done, maybe they should actually do that as well.

Had wipers replaced these wipers jumped and stuck when used on a mist. took truck back and they replaced them. The service at ford in Amherst was great.

Friendly, helpful, professional, efficient.

Great staff to work with,, especially in the service dept.
