Right from the first time I called, Leah's friendly voice made me feel like I was part of their team. Dekek Stone was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that suited me and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I made of had. This is my first Ford and am so grateful and happy to have found Keltic Ford and such a wonderful team. I owned new vechiles before but was never as impressed as I am now with my Lariat ranger. Smooth, guiet comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Awesome.

Keltic Ford service staff are the best in the business. The customer service experience is simply amazing. From start to finish the focus is on me as the customer. Over the past 4 years there has been no service or repair work that was overcharged and no surprises when I pick up the truck. Expected better service

Excellent service. Fast, friendly, and very helpful. I only expected to get an oil change, but they did a whole lot more than that. I really appreciated getting a list of everything which they checked out, with a rating for each item, so I know whats OK, what may need doing in the future, and that nothing needed fixing right now. Very reassuring! Thank you Keltic Ford. You are the best.
