I took my wife to this charming Italian restaurant after reading the review in Toronto Life. They were right, it is a wonderful experience. The appetizers were tasty, especially the calamari. The porco (a tender, large, and tasty pork chop) was excellent. My wife had the Polo (chicken with a very flavourful and crispy skin) which was succulent. Our waitress suggested the chocolate cake for the occasion and her suggestion was right on. It was very delicious and decadent. All in all, it was a warm friendly evening. The owner, a young lady, came around to see that everything was fine. The wait staff were experienced and helpful. We will definitely return again.
Having read a very good review of this spot in Toronto Life we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The food was outstanding. Our server (Steve) was very efficient polite and even funny. The place with its glittery lights, white tablecloths and shiny crystal was warm and welcoming. We look forward to our next trip to Collingwood and a return visit to this restaurant.
