I had Hackone ins...
I had Hackone install a furnace, the unprofessional installer Scott, duct taped the furnace together. They didn't bother making the install up to code. Kitchener utilities came out and infracted the furnace. The owner Kevin came out and mentioned that they install furnace like this back home in Iran, and never had issues. So far, I had them come out 3 times with issues. I don't recommend this company and their poor service.
