Canadian Tire General Store

Horrible store manager, refuse to accept returns (no touched kid ski helmets) simply because it is the end of season (accepted with no issues in other store) Walk away from customers. This is one of those franchised stores, really different level of services and attitude from true Canadian Tire brand. Watch out!!

I love to shop in this store, it has reasonable price and a lot of varieties..People are kind and prompt to help if you ask for it!!

Best service i have received out of all the Canadian Tire stores I have been too. A/C wasant working on my truck and they took the time to find the exact problem. Other two Canadian Tires i have been said they cant figure it out and go to the dealer. This location fixed on the spot, I was given the option to wait or have a ride home and picked back up. Was give donuts and coffee.Very courteous and helpful staff. Always someone willing to help.

This location and the store manager Antonio is a shame for Canadian Tire brand. If you order a car product, chance is you will not get a call. If you get a call, they would not find the item in the store. And the compensation would be refund and good bye, sorry for the inconvenience and wasting your time. Will still use the location for gardening products, anything that you can "do it yourself and don't ask questions" type of a thing.
