Most of the staff seemed disinterested in helping customers. I said clearly I was buying glasses that day. no one helped us at any time, in over an hour, despite having staff who weren’t busy . Even when I asked a staff a question about pricing, no one asked if we were finding what we wanted, needed help, or a box for prospective frames, had questions, wanted information about a brand or frames particular characteristics. Shockingly bad. Better frames than they had in the past.
