    Office staff are ...

    Office staff are rude and inconsiderate. They should be aware its a doctors office and when people call its almost always for a reason and shouldn't have to deal with staff with attitude problems

    EXTREMELY BAD PHO...

    EXTREMELY BAD PHONE SERVICE! It's almost impossible to get through. I love my family doctor, but the phone service is extremely bad. They either don't pick up at all or busy. And they close at lunchtime. One day I tried around 30 times and still couldn't get through. It is ridiculous.
