Im not a fan at all of boston pizza's food because its average and I can cook way better aha BUT the bar here and the whole atmosphere and arcade is FANTASTIC! its a great place for parties! I'd say eat at home and come here and have a great time! the bartenders are always friendly! the appetizers are okay tho! also I have come to boston pizza for the last two new years! its a great place to party with lots of fun! there is also bowling! i'm most likely attending for my birthday and will be eating there and playing at the bar/arcade! I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad! Lire plus

Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Some of them even took home food for their dinner. I love recommending good place to everyone. Must try. Lire plus

The only reason I left a 5 star review was to the service we received. My steak was not cooked properly plus even they cooked it more from raw, the steak was bland, no flavor at all. I ended up loosing my appetite. The one thing that impressed me was our waitress. She tried her best and the manager told her that our bill was covered including our drinks. This shows me that the management supported their customers. I am a Keg person that in the past had little issues but it happens. Busy place. Lire plus

I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing. The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy. We started our visit via the internet to get a feel for the restaurant. We were curious to see the prices and any other information we could gather. We found the website to be user friendly and included day and evening menus with prices. We called to inquire about reservations and the hostess that answered was friendly and well informed. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the same hostess that answered the phone and accommodated us with the window seat that we had asked for. Walking in the atmosphere was warm and inviting with an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. Our waitress was pleasant and professional in all aspects of her job. She frequently stopped by to talk with us and ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. Her attention to us did not waiver even as the restaurant got busier. The food was fresh and exceeded all our expectations, right down to the butter. The steaks were prepared exactly the way we ordered them and the baked potato was superb. Overall this restaurant was outstanding, dinner was delicious, view was exquisite, service was amazing and we had a wonderful time. This place was unbelievable. The wine selection is huge, and the food is to die for. The views of the falls are unmatched. The appetizer was SO delicious and the main course was even better. I ordered the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection. I can't think of another way to describe this place, other than perfect. The server was attentive (except the water boy was slow), and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our bill for the two of us was $280 so it is a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it if you are visiting the Niagara region. We ordered drinks, two mains courses, two appetizers, and two desserts. Lire plus

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value! Lire plus

I think the stars aligned when I went to Swiss Chalet a while back (more than a year ago). As always, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy without being stuffy or drab, and the service was quick (so quick I barely blinked and my food was there!). We had an AMAZING server who was around without hovering, and our food, as I said, was out within five minutes of ordering. This was, by far, the best service I have ever received in any restaurant. The server, in particular, was just absolutely incredible. She refiilled our water glasses when they were nearing empty, and it was like she was telepathic: she came with more napkins when things got a little bit messy! Overall, phenomenal. The girl said Hi to me the min I walked in the door. I told her I was ordering for take out and she made some suggestions and took my order. I didn't have to wait that long and while waiting I was really impressed with the service they offer their patrons. When my order was ready the lady asked if I got my Christmas gift...I got a break open discount card for Jan. The food was really yummy and exactly what I was looking for. We ALWAYS order take out from Cosy. I first discovered their food as a young child with my family. When my family wanted Chinese food this is what we would always order. Growing up, over the years I have come to try numerous Chinese restaurants, but none compare to Cosy. It is still my number one go to place when I'm in the mood for Chinese. We usually order the Won Ton Soup, Egg Drop soup (I love their Egg Drop soup and especially when I'm sick I'll call and order a large Egg Drop Soup for take out). The Egg Drop Soup has lots of egg in it, mushrooms, green onions, and peas. My favourite soup! We also always order the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Egg Rolls, Moo Goo Guy pan ( I love the Moo Goo Guy Pan because it has lots of tender (white meat) chicken, lots of mushrooms, celery, and onions in a delicious sauce. I can never get enough of this dish. So good! And the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Never dry or over done.) I go for more of the dishes with chicken or with seafood in it, but my boyfriend really enjoys the Beef with Green Peppers, and when I'm feeling like something different besides all the chicken dishes I will have the Beef and Peppers or the Beef and Broccoli. I enjoy the beef too. We also always go for the Chicken Fried Rice or the Shrimp Fried Rice depending what mood we're in. You can't go wrong with either one. We both enjoy topping the rice with the Sweet and Sour Sauce. And what's the best part about Chinese food? The Fortune Cookies! We always look forward to them at the end of our meal. Something fun and a nice little sweet way to end the meal. We usually get takeout from the Cosy, but when we do dine in we enjoy the the interior of the restaurant. It is quite unique and personal to the restaurant. The staff are always pleasant. When you call to order take out they always read back your order to make sure it is right, they let you know the total and how long it will be and you can tell they care. Like I said before, I have been going to Cosy for YEARS and I can't remember a single time where we've ever had our order messed up. They're always on top of their game! Great job! Always a good time but sometimes food can be a let down. Chicken, meh....but the chicken wings are great. Pizza is a toss, excuse the pun but I've great nights and sadly don't like it nights. It can get really loud so be prepared if you are bringing the grandparents (they may want to turn down their hearing aids).
