Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.

So impressed!! Gord responded same day! I left messages for other companies & NO ONE responded. When you need an appliance fixed it is typically something that you need addressed asap! He not only responded but he did trouble shooting over the phone told me a couple things to try to save me a service call. He followed up and I sent him a video. My washer is scrap, he could have came and charged me for the service call. I will now be a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good honest ppl do exist

I had the pleasure of having this gentleman in my home today to repair my Bosch dishwasher. He was very courteous and professional and started working immediately. When done he presented me with the bill which was a lot less that I had expected and I was very pleased to pay.
