I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. Bob and Farida do an exceptional job at the Vacuum Shop. I had a motor that needed replacement for my built in vacuum cleaner. The part was ordered, installed and I received my vacuum back in new condition again ready to operate. Service was efficient with very reasonable prices. Klaus is the best! He helped me out for free over the phone and his advice got me out of a jam. On Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend our dryer stopped drying. We had a wet load of sheets that needed to be dried ASAP. I went on YouTube and identified the problem but was unable to get parts because all of the spare part shops were closed until Tuesday.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
