My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys! Lire plus

I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !! Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up.
