A star doesn't warrant this business. Samsung Canada are co-conspirators in requesting their vendor review the the problem. This was openly agreed not a warranty issue however, receiving a quote to fix a completely different problem(screen) than that stated by Samsung on the work request(software), stumped even in a 1 to 1 discussion with FTS not acknowledging this. Both vendors use each other as scape goats. Than paying $55 to get my phone back for 0 service. Fraud, unethical come to mind.

So bad. First I send phone in informing them I have a cracked screen. They then said warranty will not cover it and the won't send my phone back unless I pay the 35$ because a technician looked at my phone. There was nothing to inspect I told them the screen was cracked.

Dishonest business practices

Futuretel recently was tasked to fix my phone. They stated that my phone had water damage and my warranty would be void. They said they could fix it for $325 by replacing the defective mainboard. I said no and asked to have my phone returned to me. Upon receiving my phone I re-downloaded the firmware and my phone rebooted perfectly. Either they lied about the water damage or they did not know how to fix my phone. Either way I highly recommend take your cellphone repairs elsewhere.

Sent my LG G4 with a reboot loop defect. Got it back 1 week and a half later. replaced motherboard. Happy to have my phone back and working.

Bought a phone through my provider brand new. Had to turn it in for service 8 months later, when the digitizer stopped working. Futuretel refused to do the repair, claiming that the device was rooted. Except that it wasn't. They aren't going to try and repair your device. All you get is a lie about the cause of the problem, and left spending money on shipping in a warranty replacement again and again.
