    Very negative exp...

    Very negative experience. HTC was to cover repairs to my board on my HTC One M7. Sent the phone in for repair and quoted 126$ plus taxes for work not needed. Refused to return my phone unless I would pay 35$ for repair quote. I refused to negotiate with people who I have no trust. Take you business elsewhere

    it s bad business to go to fix your phone if you have any thing wrong and they don't want to fix it because there price too hight the will tell you LIQUID DAMAGE to make you Cary your phone on your fore 4 dealer one of them Fido they said need software not LIQUID DAMAMAGE
